What it is

Twelve dimensions of AI-first readiness — eight on the engineering substrate, four on the operator side. You self-score with rationale and artifacts; the Framework Friday pod counter-scores each dimension independently; we meet for a 90-minute calibration session and reconcile to an agreed level on every dim.

The output is the Forward Deployment roadmap — what to build first on substrate, what to develop on the people side, and the sequence. The diagnostic is the entry point.
